PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Field Marketer is responsible to lead, motivate, direct, train, control and performance managing a
field sales team of employees to ensure world class sales execution and set sales standard against
agreed targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, motivate, direct, train, control and manage field sales force in the trade.
• Support the development and ensure execution of the Field Sales Strategy.
• Sales Execution against agreed sales and promotional plans.
• Manage and control stock and returns in line with FIFO stock rotation. principles and agreed
  returns policy and targets.
• Manage and control promotional assets and equipment.
• Execute sales objectives in line with commercial and trading terms.
• Ensure price monitoring and merchandising to price point.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Grade 12, Relevant qualifications will be an added advantage.
• At least five (5) years’ experience in Field Sales in the FMCG environment.
• Code B Namibian Driver’s License will be an added advantage.
